About Us
Bryan completed Cornell University's Master Beekeeper program in 2009. And we've had several opportunities to work with local beekeepers in Jefferson County. Since startingour beekeeping adventure in 2010, our honey business has grown.
Our honey bees are wintered
on Bryan's property in Ellisburg, then
in the spring.
the bees are trucked north, back to Cape Vincent for honey production.
